Thomas Francis is the Founder and CEO of EFSON International who had been working for well known Japanese companies in Japan for nearly two decades and has a broad business experience with Japanese, American, European and Asian firms. Mr. Thomas is fluent in Japanese language.

 A native of India, Mr. Thomas, started EFSON International  in 2002 after returning to India with an aim of assisting foreign companies who wish to enter Indian market.
